Bailey girl.

My best friends’ daughter never ceases to amaze me.
“Bailey, what are you saving your money for?”
“For college,” she answered. Of course… what was I thinking.

I can’t believe this little one is four years old already. She is ridiculously cute, smart, well mannered, kind, caring, polite, a ham, a fashionista, great dancer, knows all the words to the songs on the radio, enjoys the finer things in life(i.e. my Louis Vuitton “I purse Megan”), a great big sister, a beach bum, jewelry and hair pip lover, loves being in front of my camera and basically all together an amazing little person. Happy Birthday Bailey, I love you.

Anonymous - ahh how little she looks in those pictures. I can’t believe she is 4 either! Thanks for the post..

Watch out for the fire truck.

“NTLDR is missing.
Press CTL+ALT+DEL to restart.”

If I have to look at this screen on my broken PC one more time…I will first submerge my computer in my bathtub to make sure it doesn’t float, then throw it out my fourth story window, and then if it’s still alive, I will call the fire department(who lives on the end of my street) just to make sure they come and drive down by this end and make it extra pancakey.

Ugh. Can you tell I am a wee bit frustrated?! You would be too if you thought you might have just lost all of your work on your computer(all 70GB of pictures, and hours and hours of work).

Anonymous - ya I second that.. how can you not have an external hard drive..HELLO?? :) love you.. nik
ps. I’ll be home in 3 daysJuly 3, 2008 – 5:36 am

Anonymous - Easy wheezy, there is no need to get all worked up. “NTLDR” stands for: (Not To Live Distress, Relax), you haven’t lost “all 70GB of pictures, and hours of work”. I talked to one of my computer gurus and she said your work and computer can be saved. hopefully soon you will have all your work back. So instead of KAAPOOT, its more like: Tan-Taa-Taaaaaaaan!!

P.S. now will you buy an external memory and back up your work??July 2, 2008 – 11:47 pm

Kaapoot.

And that’s the sound my computer made.

Unfortunately my computer has died. Yea. Not the happiest person in the world. I can still get emails and blog from my laptop, but no access to Photoshop, or ANY of my pictures on my other computer…yes folks, it is KILLING me.
Not sure when I’ll be back up and running.

But, for now, the ‘core group’(me, mom, amanda, and dad) went to the Air and Space Museum: Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center today. It is so amazing. After walking around for a bit we decided to brush up on our Kung Fu…Kung Fu Panda that is…at the IMAX theater. Even though I had a ridiculously ginormous headache, I was still laughing through the whole thing.

Hopefully I can get my computer working soon and I will post some of the awesome shots from the museum.

Anonymous - Sorry to hear that, I’m sure your computer has some type of warranty or IT support and I hope you can get all of your pictures back. That movie is a trip, very cute and the IMAX experience is awesome. I couldn’t stop laughing either. I hope you can get the computer up and running soon. “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present” (Oogway)July 1, 2008 – 4:43 am
