Melissa + Bobby: Brandywine, Maryland Christmas Tree Farm Session

This year I met up with Melissa and Bobby in Brandywine, Maryland on a Christmas tree farm for one amazing session.  It just happened to be one of the coldest days of the year, but they were troopers and stuck it out, even with Melissa’s adorable little baby bump.  I always enjoy photographing Melissa because as a photographer herself, she’s always up for anything I ask.  Thanks guys, it was so fun to see you two again!  Can’t wait to meet the little one!

And, if you would like to schedule a session with me, or buy a session for someone else contact me here! I can come up with an idea/location, or you can…the more creative, the better!

I am in love with this image, absolutely my favorite!

Melissa and Bobby are so adorable with each other, seriously, it makes my heart melt.

Rosey cheeks!

Bobby, though hesitant to have his photograph taken, is a natural!

Jamie + Corey: Downtown Annapolis Engagement Session

After their paths crossed and were introduced by friends, they had their first dinner date in Annapolis.  They barely knew each other but were confident that this was different, for some reason they felt, this was meant to be.  So they did something crazy and took a leap.  They drove to the beach, and spent the next several days together.  Jamie and Corey soon realized this is where they’re supposed to be, they just knew.   Life certainly has a way of taking you on unusual twists and turns before it finally sets you on the right path, but when you’re there, you just know.

Jamie and Corey are getting married this weekend, you know, only the best weekend out of the entire year, my birthday!  I’m so excited to be photographing their gorgeous wedding that they have planned at the Cambridge Hyatt on the Eastern shore, because I just know it’s going to be nothing short of amazing.

Jamie always seems to be this happy with Corey.  Genuinely, happy.

Corey can make Jamie laugh at any moment with his quirky humor,  a little joke, or a line from Blazing Saddles, and she’s all laughs.  Though to be totally honest sometimes I wonder if she’s laughing with him, or at him. ;)

Girl, fierce, soo fierce.

Ok Corey, maybe you are a tiny bit funny.  But I still think Blazing Saddles is only one of the worst movies ever made.  Ever.  Oh yes I did just go there.

Jill + Devin: National Arboretum Engagement Session

Jill and Devin are so adorably sweet and truly define marrying your best friend. Jill beams when they are together and there’s no shortage of laughter. And if laughter is any indication of a healthy marriage, then they are going to have a long and fruitful marriage for sure. I’m so excited for their wedding, and honored that they chose me to photograph their amazing wedding at the Strong Mansion in September.
