We met up outside of the building. The building that started it all. She was taking a break in between classes, and he thought she was cute. Because, well, she is. As we walked around Towson’s campus they reminisced about how things had changed since they had been there. Little did they know the most important thing had stayed the same, their love for each other.

I’m so excited for Melissa and Matt’s wedding this weekend, it will be nothing short of wonderful. I am honored to have them as clients, but more importantly as two new amazing friends.

Matt put in a request for an epic sunset for their engagement session, and it came in just on time.

Abby and Andrew are awesome. They are so funny, easy going and apparently ‘not good’ in front of the camera. Malarkey I tell you. I can’t wait for their wedding next May in Oxford, Maryland it’s going to be simply fabulous!

First we headed on over to Union Station in DC.

At first I was bummed that dude couldn’t have been two seconds earlier, but … I have changed my mind and I love it!

Then headed on over to Georgetown to roam the streets.

Andrew told me that he gets this awkward face while he’s having his picture taken. Little did he know he was with a photographer with magical anti-Chandler Bing powers.

Thank you so much Abby and Andrew! I had so much fun running around with you guys…yes, even with the 98 degree heat, and 37 bug bites. Totally worth it!!

Kathleen and Mike are so stinkin adorable with each other. How he holds her hand, kisses her shoulder and how she beams from ear to ear with a smile, every time she looks at him. Even when I say no smiling!, that big beautiful smile of hers just can’t contain herself when she’s with her best friend. With his gentleness and the way she looks at him, I can tell that their love is absolutely to the core. Kathleen and Mike, I am so excited for August, and can’t wait to get a tour of your new house!

We headed back to the University of Maryland, where they both went to school (me too!), and to where they had a class together. I’m sure they got a ton of work done sitting together in the back ;) Go terps!

Testudo, our mascot, brings good luck if you rub his nose. There are a couple on campus, and many people will leave him gifts. That day we saw a cigarette, a book, pencil, and a Pepsi. Apparently all the things needed to get through school…well minus the cigarette. Yuck Testudo, don’t do it!

Mike isn’t so bad himself. He’s sooo cute. But I guess guys don’t like to be called ‘cute.’ Handsome, he’s handsome.
