Megan Beth Albums: Leather Craftsmen Flushmount

This new year is bringing some big changes with it, one of which I’m super excited about, my new album company.  I just upgraded my albums to the ever amazing classic Leather Craftsmen flushmounted albums.  They’re amazing at what they do, and take such good care of their clients, thanks Joe Jr! Many of my clients buy an album, as it is one of the most important tangible items left from their wedding day, and I want to make sure my couples are getting the best of the best.  Besides, I’ve never heard of someone running back in their burning house to grab a disc of images, just sayin’.  The album ties the whole day together, and tells the story of your wedding, with the most important photographs.  If you are a past or current client, and would like to order a flushmount album from your wedding contact me here.

My albums are clean, classic, average four images per page, and personally designed custom to each wedding.  They come in four different sizes, and this gorgeous new sample I ordered from Jamie and Corey’s wedding is a 10×12, custom stamped with their information, and one of my favorite images on the front.  Starting off with the layouts:

And the gorgeousness from Leather Craftsmen.

The lay-flat binding with the gutter in the middle provides archival quality, making the album last for many years to come.

Megan Beth: It List 2010!

It was tucked away in the laundry room.  A shopping bag, with a box in it.  And let’s be honest, it was a few weeks before Christmas, so it was impressive that he had done ANY shopping.  She looked down into the bag and took out the box, then couldn’t resist opening it.  The tea kettle she wanted!  Oh, hmm. THAT color?! And then she did what every sensible person would do, she packed it back in the box, put it back in the bag, and took it back to the store and EXCHANGED IT FOR THE COLOR SHE WANTED.  She came back home, put it back where she found it, and hoped he wouldn’t notice.  And… my dad never did notice.

This year’s It List is here, all of my favorite things!  (Check out last year’s list here!) And the best part, I’m giving one of them away to one lucky commenter!  Here’s the scoop:  You must go to my fan page here, suggest it to your friends, then leave me a comment on the fan page about which one you want, and why.  In order to win, fan page must reach 700 fans by next Wednesday, December 14, 2010 11:59pm EST.  I will be picking the winner and their desired prize.  And lastly, Mom, there will be no exchanging for a different color.

1.  This mini FLIP HD video camera is amazing.  It’s small, I carry it in my purse, and the quality is top notch!

2.  I’m a big fan of chocolate, and these Teuscher chocolates are as good as it gets.  They melt like butter in your mouth and are the most delicious thing your mouth will ever taste.

3.  I need something more powerful than lotion, more powerful than a cream.  And seriously this Intense Skin Repair Ointment from Lubriderm is where it’s at.  It’s scentless and I put it on at night, since it’s so thick, and it lasts me the whole next day. I got mine at CVS.

4.  This CHI hair dryer is the only one I will use.  It cuts my drying time in half, and is a super quiet salon grade hair dryer.  Can be found at Ulta.

5.  I love this super soft winter hat from Abercrombie, and it’s adorable to boot!

6.  My search for the most amazing point and shoot has ended.  This Lumix LX5 shoots automatic and manual, for the amateur and professional looking for great images without carrying around your gear.

7.  Cute leather moto jacket without the price of the expensive leather?  I found mine at Express.

8.  I got this lens pen as a gift, and use it on a daily basis to clean my gear.  It fits perfectly in any case, and does an amazing job.

9.  When my sister got me Eau Mega from Victor and Rolf, I almost died.  It’s my new favorite scent and is sweet and dreamy.

10. This adorable red and white polka-dot wrapping paper from Paper Source is the perfect addition to my wrapping paper collection.
