They met at a party, and he fell, fell hard. Though he had to go back to the west coast for school, they became close friends, all the while he tried to convince her to go out with him. Finally a year later, she decided to give him a chance. Together they roamed the world on all sorts of marvelous adventures, all leading up to the great sail. Seth was slated to sail across the Atlantic ocean from Portugal to Antigua to deliver a sailboat. Though apprehensive, the only way Maggie was going to let him go was if she could see him off. They traveled to Portugal before he was scheduled to leave and enjoyed the city. Seth kept throwing her off by giving her reasons to wait to get engaged, and although that’s not what she wanted, she said ok. It worked, he threw her off the scent and the very next day he got down on his knee and asked her to marry him.
I’m so excited for Maggie and Seth’s wedding at the gorgeous Woodlawn Farms in Southern Maryland. For their engagement photos we started off in Georgetown at the most beautiful gardens at Dumbarton Oaks.

It was a little warm outside, but Maggie and Seth were all smiles.
Seth’s belt buckle was so awesome: “Maryland is for crabs!”

One of the things I love most about Maggie and Seth is that they are always laughing, joking, and having a good time. And their wedding? I’m sure it’s going to be over the top fun.
