Who am I kidding, my feet dance at weddings. And my body, I try to keep it still. Professional, and still. Because dancing isn’t in the wedding photographer job description, unfortunately. But this weekend was different, the COME ON AND GET ON THE DANCE FLOOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER comments seem to come from everyone and as delirious as I was from working all day, I couldn’t fight the urge, and it tipped me over the edge. I fell off the wagon. The dance wagon. And as the bride and groom and their friends pulled me on the dance floor another friend grabbed my camera to document the occasion. Because really, the wedding photographer dancing three fourths of a song with the bride and groom, of course, needs to be documented.
Please kindly disregard the fact that I look like I’m on crack, seventeen hour work days will do that to you.

diane - hahah… kristen and courtney are two dancing fools!!! they used to make up their own dances to NSYNC and Backstreet Boys and perform them in the shower at SPY (yes it was communal, but we had our swimsuits on pervs). lovely pics megan!April 21, 2010 – 3:48 pm
