Houston…?!?

So…I’m having some major technical difficulties over here on my blog. Basically I can’t post pictures…which is the best part. Hang in there, trying to post an awesome wedding.

Christmas 2008

I hope that everyone had an amazing Christmas. I spent the holidays in Severna Park and Annapolis. The only thing different this year is that it was about 70 degrees on Xmas Eve! Christmas is my favorite time of year, and these are some of the things that I love about Christmas and the holiday season.

The smell of pine when you open the front door.
Unlimited supply of oh-so-yummy chocolate desserts.
Wrapping presents in the most fabulously lovely paper.
Finding the perfect gift.
Scoring the best VIP parking spot at the mall in the middle of the madness.
Listening to “All I Want for Christmas” by Mariah Carey and “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” by N’Sync…you bet, you heard me…N’Sync.
Noelle’s birth-day anniversary.
Chocolate pie with bananas on the bottom and homemade chocolate chip cookies.
Professional grade christmas house lighting displays.
And most importantly spending time with my family, the people I love most in this world!

More awesomeness.

So…as if I hadn’t already dropped a ton of awesomeness this week, I have one more surprise! With many months of putting it together, and super late nights…my WEBSITE is finally live! Please feel free to stop on over and take a look! I hope you love it as much as I do! What do you think? :)

Sneak Peek- Christine and Tommy

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding with one of my awesome photog friends, Kristie Blake Hancock. We had an absolute blast and it was so great getting to shoot in Annapolis, where I grew up. Check back soon for the rest of the awesomeness.

I’ll Be Back.

This past weekend, Kristie and I shot a wedding in downtown Annapolis. We had a little bit of extra time…so we swung by a neighbors mansion to see if they were home, and indeed they were. They wanted us to stay for dinner and a movie, but we already had plans.

Here is Katie, Martin and myself.

Surgery.

Last week Dad had surgery on his shoulder which he injured last time he fell. We got to the hospital bright and early, and I think I was more nervous than he was. Great news is that everything went well, and they don’t think he will need a second surgery! After we got home and I dozed off, and awoke to find him upstairs piddling around. Really…come on dad, they said take it easy; I don’t think he knows how.

Note the time: I had already been up for two hours and ten minutes. UGH.

We highjacked, I mean borrowed, these freakin rocking socks cause they were sooo cool!

Happy Birthday Alberta!

Happy Birthday to the most amazing mother in the entire world. I’m not sure how I got so lucky to get you as a mother, but I’m sure glad I did. Thank you for all you do and being my constant rock. Not sure where I would be without you…actually I’d probably still be in the closet where Amanda wanted to keep me when you brought me home. I love you!
